Square One Architects, Inc. was founded in March 1994.

Square One seeks to provide experienced and professional architectural services to people on a neighborhood scale.The company experienced 12 years of exciting work in the custom home and tax credit housing markets throughout the Greater Cleveland area. The decision was made in 2009 to seek out new challenges by returning to the commercial sector and this has been accomplished by completing such projects as Spa La Chae at Hilltop Plaza and the remodeling of the Falafel Cafe in University Circle.

In its first three years, the firm had been involved with the design of Magnetic Resonance Imaging suites in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, San Antonio, Texas and Cleveland, Ohio.

What's New?

SOA is overseeing the rebranding of the Circle Convenience Store, a 1,500 square foot retail facility in  the University Circle area.

SOA is currently working on conceptual design drawings for the conversion of a 90,000 square foot building into a seniors assisted living facility.
